My approach

My Holistic approach looks at physical, emotional, and spiritual health. When everything is in balance, the body can function in the way it was designed to.

As a self-care advocate, I am insistent that we must take our health into our own hands.

The food we eat is a fundamental part of our wellness as all the cells in our body are produced from the foods that we eat.

There is truth in the saying “you are what you eat”!

Habits need to be adjusted because we need to change the environment in which disease is able to exist.

I am here to support women to make the right choices to have healthier lifestyles.

Experience

Alhamdulillah (All the praises are for the Most High) I support women to take control of their health.

I have been fortunate to help sisters with the following ailments:

Arthritis, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, skin conditions, dry skin, psoriasis, eczema, digestive issues, IBS, constipation, stress, inflammation, detox, rehabilitation, spiritual issues, painful joints, backache, awful periods- heavy/missing/clotty/crampy / too frequent/painful, muscle aches and pains, recurrent miscarriage, infertility, endometriosis, scar tissue, fibroids, prolapse, urinary issues, pelvic girdle pain, low moods, lethargy, pelvic pain, stillbirth, sciatica, impaired mobility, gout, PCOS and others.

Training

Hijama Cupping Therapy. This was my first alternative health training, in 2009. For my own personal health issues and it was brilliant, my body responded well, which led me to learn how to share this sunnah with others.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils to stimulate and relax the mind and body, usually in body massage, foot spa, hand massages, and facials. I started receiving regular aromatherapy massages for rehabilitation after surgery in 2010. These were instrumental in the recovery, so much so I learned all about it.

Holistic Womb Massage Therapist This massage is for reproductive, digestive and emotional health, its great for gynae issues, pelvic pain, ibs, constipation, bloating as well as being therapeutic for emotional release.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Specialist workshop which taught additional skills for the aches and pains in pregnancy and postnatal care.

Closing the Bones, this is a massage along with a wrapping technique that literally helps the organs to realign and close the bones!

Certified Vaginal Steam Facilitator since 2018. I know all about yoni steams! And have gained plenty of experience in this field, helping women. Screening, make balanced herbal blends for safe vaginal steaming aka yoni steaming. This is perfect self-care for every woman to know and experience.

UPDATE: Peristeam Hydrotherapist Program. I offer Yoni Steam Consultations where from which I offer a more detailed and precise approach to Vaginal Steaming. Helps with Endometriosis, Fibroids, Cysts, Cramping, Period problems, Menstrual cycle wellness, and more.

That’s my current toolbox and I do enjoy researching conditions to know more about them, find out the root causes, and take the healing journey from there.
