Simply offloading thoughts onto paper, on a device or simply talking it out loud (to yourself) will help offer a release.

Set Boundaries: Learning to say no and establishing boundaries is vital for protecting your energy. Whether it’s in your professional or personal life, recognising what drains you and what uplifts you can help you maintain a healthier balance.

Practice Self-Care: Self-care is not a luxury; it is a necessity. Engage in activities that nurture your body and spirit. This could include exercise, hobbies, or even moments of quiet reflection. Allow yourself to indulge in things that bring you joy.

Explore Relaxation Techniques: While prayer and reciting Qur’an provide spiritual relief, consider incorporating additional practices like mindfulness, deep breathing or creative outlets such as painting or crafting. Engaging in these activities can significantly lower stress levels.
