Delivery Policy

At, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly.

  • Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is within one week of purchase.
  • Shipping: Items are shipped from our store to your door within 48 hours of order placement, Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery Cost: The delivery cost is a standard £3.75.
  • Couriers: Shipping is usually with Yodel, Evri, or Royal Mail. We select a 48-hour service for these shipments.

If a parcel is claimed as not received but the courier shows evidence of delivery, you will need to provide a crime reference number to obtain a refund or replacement.


Because of the personal use of our products, all items are non-returnable.

We only accept the return of items if received faulty.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send pictures and description of the fault.

The item must be in the original packaging.

If the item is faulty, we will agree to the return. Please use a trackable postage service.


Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If we approve your return, we will then process a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Postage costs are non-refundable.
